The first half is cables (operationally, not much has changed--the cars are just way more crowded now). The second half is PCC's. Note that some of the PCC's are ex-double-ended cars, by this time converted to operate as single-ended cars. This class of car was rarely, if ever, used by the time I was riding Muni (though two of them are now restored and operating on the F line).

You will notice that Market street is quite ripped up. That was for the construction of the BART subway. It made operation interesting!
