Around the Cable Car Barn ~ Sunday, February 03, 2013
After lunch at Red's Java House (which reminds me, I should really assemble my Blair Line Fred and Red's Cafe kit), we made another pilgrimage to the temple, and noticed a few different things this time.
Nate enjoyed some Victorian entertainment.
A car was being readied for departure, paused over an open space in the tracks, giving a view of the grip.
A tractor kind of thing is used for shunting cars around the barn:
We walked back to downtown via the Joice St Steps, a little nook of the city I'd never come across before.
Along the steps is a shrine to St Francis:
Homeward bound on CalTrain... (there's some cabooses over there if you look closely)
