I haven't seen an actual phone booth for quite a while, but this one is just a block away from Sunnyvale Caltrain, in front of the former Hendy Ironworks (now occupied by Northrop Grumman; there is a museum about the ironworks, but tours are only by appointment: http://ironmanmuseum.com/ ).

I picked up the receiver and got a dial tone, so still functional.
I hear that a 3rd Bill and Ted's movie is in the works :)
