I'm upgrading our home's garage/home-office/workshop/gamer-lounge.

The first step was to cover the mostly bare rafters with a ceiling (foam insulation board with a shiny foil coating--eventually we'll put something more ceiling-ish on that).
The next addition was this lamp, made from a wagon wheel (a decorative one; actual wagon wheels are huge and heavy), light fixtures, and a cord.
