We biked around town to run some errands yesterday (the reopened OSH and GameStop).

Saw a Covid testing station with a giant scowling coronavirus. I wonder what they'll do with that when the pandemic is over? I recommend a celebratory bonfire.
Also checked out Monarca Ice Cream at Middlefield & 5th Ave. Very good and they have both conventional and unusual flavors (tequila!), also interesting non-icecream items, like "volcanes". I had to ask what was in that. They didn't know the words in English and I didn't know the words in spanish, so they just showed me! Cucumbers, tamarind sauce, and peanuts. Intriguing, and pretty healthy. But I'm more interested in the nachos dulces.
